MarcuServingMoore
Inspired by Percy Grainger’s “Molly on the Shore”, MarcuServingMoore is my first clarinet quartet that I composed. This piece takes the main ideas from Grainger’s original piece and reimagines them in a minor key with afro influences. The title of the piece uses my entire name, as it has the same number of syllables as the original piece it was derived from. Please enjoy listening to my recording of it below.
